We have a strict 3-days exchange only policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

 

To start the exchange procedure, follow the below steps or also you can contact us at hindustanistitch@gmail.com and place an exchange request.

 

STEPS FOR PLACING AN EXCHANGE-

 

1) ONCE THE EXCHANGE REQUEST IS APPROVED, CUSTOMERS HAVE TO COURIER US THE PRODUCT ON OUR OFFICIAL ADDRESS WE DONT HAVE THE PICKUP FASCILITY.

 

2) AT THE BACK OF THE INVOICE, YOU JUST HAVE TO WRITE THE EXCHANGE PRODUCT INFO AND COURIER THE PRODUCTUS ON OUR OFFICIAL ADDRESS

(A-28 Sarvodaya Nagar, Lucknow Uttar Pradesh, India. 226016), AS WE DONT HAVE PICKUP FACILITY.

 

3) ONCE WE'LL RECEIVE THE COURIER, WE WILL DISPATCH AN EXCHANGE PRODUCT
